Unfortunately, Rafferty's liver and bile duct failed and he had to be put down. Sandy and I were there to comfort him at the end. Rafferty was a fiesty little Cairn Terrier who lived to be 17. He was a sweet little guy and was best friends with his canine friends Sprinkles and Zoey before they passed. Losing Rafferty was very tough... he is lovingly remembered.
